BELT DRIVE FUEL PUMPS:

Alcohol has become the fuel of choice in most racing and performance applications. Gas & alcohol motors are also making more and more horsepower. This means the demand for fuel has become higher. An internal by-pass billet aluminum belt drive fuel pump is the answer. The pump requires less than 1 HP to operate and has an adjustable by-pass that returns the fuel to the inlet side of the pump. (The fuel pressure is usually set between 3 and 5 psi at idle and increases with the engine RPM). Several versions of the fuel pump are available, depending on the mounting location, horsepower of the motor and the fuel type (gas or alcohol). It comes complete with mounting hardware, belt, inlet and outlet fittings.
